Mr. Darshan Bheda is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with an experience of over 19 years. He is an Information Systems Auditor and has expertise in the field of Audit and taxation – domestic and international. He has extensive knowledge of Core Consulting and Taxation matters upto the Appellate stage. Besides domestic taxation and consultancy, his specialization is representing before ITAT and CESTAT. He has extensive knowledge of Direct Tax and Companies Act (including Merger & Amalgamations). He is also specialized in Banking & Finance matters.

Ms. Vidhi Vikam is a fellow member of the Institute. She brings dynamism to the firm and expertise in the field of Corporate Law and Direct Tax matters. She also handles advisory, Assessments, Tax Planning and Appellate Matters in Direct Tax. With the expertise, experience and knowledge she has been successfully leading the Direct Tax team of the firm for over 8 years.

Mr. Harsh Soni is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Commerce Graduate from University of Mumbai. He handles various tax and appeal matters of diverse client groups.

Mr. Swapnil Kalyankar is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a Law degree . He handles Statutory and Internal audits of various client groups in the firm.
